About the role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and talented Junior Operations Manager (Aviation) to join our agile and ambitious team. If you’re someone who thrives in a modern, collaborative environment – enjoys keeping complex projects running smoothly – and loves the fast-paced world of aviation operations, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
Our company supports global aviation clients with audits, training, consulting and high-impact operational projects. You’ll be part of a team coordinating international stakeholders, maintaining structured workflows and helping ensure our aviation projects run flawlessly from start to finish.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate day-to-day operational processes across multiple aviation projects
• Maintain smooth information flow between teams, clients and stakeholders
• Monitor deadlines, deliverables and project dependencies
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements – we value initiative
• Manage databases, dashboards and basic workflow tools
• Provide administrative and organizational support to senior team members
• Jump into special aviation projects whenever needed – flexibility matters

What you bring to the table (must-have requirements):

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the aviation industry
• Good understanding of aviation operations, terminology and workflows
• Very good English (spoken and written) – Polish is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Solid communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude – you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Confidence in working with digital tools and MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Reliability, accountability and a positive, open mindset

Advantages, if you also bring along:

• Experience with international aviation projects
• Experience supporting operational or compliance functions
• Passion for aviation and continuous learning
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple moving pieces
