Our assignments may involve aviation authorities, aircraft and component manufacturers, production organizations, maintenance environments, or aviation consulting projects worldwide. Engagements can include audits, gap analyses, advisory work, or training activities related to production oversight and certification frameworks.
About the Role – EASA Part 21 Subpart G (POA) Experts
You will support aviation manufacturers, authorities, and aviation organizations in ensuring compliance with EASA production and certification requirements. Assignments may include production organization audits, certification environment assessments, quality system evaluations, or advisory projects supporting organizations in achieving or maintaining Production Organisation Approval.
Projects may take place at manufacturing facilities, aviation organizations, or remotely, depending on the scope of the engagement.
What you’ll do (applicable subject to your specific profile and preferences):
- Conduct audits and assessments related to EASA Part 21 – Subpart G (Production Organisation Approval)
- Evaluate production quality systems, manufacturing oversight processes, and compliance frameworks
- Assess aircraft and component manufacturing organizations against EASA regulatory and certification requirements
- Support gap analyses and implementation projects related to POA approvals or regulatory oversight
- Deliver structured reports with clear findings and practical recommendations for compliance improvement structured reports with practical findings and risk-reduction recommendations
- Provide related trainings and coaching
What you bring to the table (one or more of the following items):
- Substantial experience within the EASA certification and production environment
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Production Organisation Approval (POA)
- Aircraft or component manufacturing oversight
- Production Quality Systems
- EASA certification processes and regulatory environment
- Strong background in aviation engineering, airworthiness, quality, or regulatory oversight
- Experience in auditing, certification activities, or regulatory compliance is highly beneficial
- English fluency (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently in international environments on a freelance basis
