About the role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and talented Aviation Project Coordinator to join our agile and ambitious team. If you’re someone who thrives in a modern, collaborative environment and isn’t afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table – you might be exactly who we’re looking for. Our company is specialized in providing aviation services worldwide and counts some of the most renowned airline brands to its customer portfolio.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate our team of 100 experts in aviation service projects worldwide.
• Provide operations inputs for the creation of proposals.
• Engage in exciting future expansion projects embracing in new business segments
• Support our young and dynamic team in all administrative areas

What you bring to the table (must-have requirements):

• Proven relevant working experience in and knowledge of the aviation industry
• Good B2-level English for business communication (spoken and written)
• Hands-on solution focused problem-solving attitude
• Advanced IT skills including the full MS Office suite
• Entrepreneurial drive
• A friendly, honest and positive personality

Advantages, if you also bring along:

• Substantial working experience in and knowledge of the airline industry
• Advanced C1-level English for business communication (spoken and written)
• Experiences in project management
• Love for aviation
